How to Order

Step 1: Place Your Order
• Fax, e-mail or mail your order to us. We will send you an order acknowledgement to let you know that we received your order and have begun to process it.
• Please specify the method of shipping on your purchase order. If a method is not specified, Zipline will use our own judgment in selecting the carrier and method in order to meet your in hands date. Factory will always choose a method that is trackable unless otherwise specified.
• Reorders: Please note our invoice number on your order or your previous order number.

Step 2: Send Your Artwork
• E-mail your electronic artwork to art@addsomezip.com.
• When we receive your e-mail, we will reply with an artwork acknowledgement to let you know we have received your artwork and have begun to process it.
• After we process your order and electronic artwork, we will send you an order confirmation (typically within 24 hours of receipt of your complete order and artwork).
• Note: If there is a problem with your artwork, you will receive a phone call from one of our order specialists.

Step 3: Artwork Approval
We will send you a paper proof of your artwork with an approval form. Please review the proof for accuracy and fax the signed approval form to Zipline. Your order cannot move forward until we receive the signed approval form.

Step 4: Production & Shipping
Once your order is produced and processed through shipping, we will send you a shipping notice. This acknowledgement will include tracking numbers that can be used to track your order online.
